…Lorie and Phil…
…married…
You may remember this couple from their engagement session, which took place on a beautiful day in September. Now they have been married on a beautiful day in December. Beautiful and did I mention… COLD!
They were amazing though…not one complaint from anyone all day long! This is who they are though, people who enjoy life, no matter what.
I am so thankful to have been a part of it…

…but just one for now. They are jetting off to the beautiful Dominican Republic tomorrow, so I had to stop by and share one real quick. I can’t wait to tell you all about this amazing couple and their beautiful wedding day!! Congrats to you Lorie and Phil, and both of your families!

…two birds together…
…in one home forever…
lyrics to an amazing song written for this couple on their wedding day. It was perfection. As was everything about their wedding. I knew from their engagement shoot that it would be, but honestly never could have imagined.
The Amazing Katie from Simply and Forever made sure every detail was as it was supposed to be, the flowers from Les Bouquet were nothing short of breathtaking, the cakes from The Cakery were every ounce of fan-freaking-tastick. The wedding video from the spectacular Michael Gebbons was so moving. Ernie Halter even came all the way from California for a musical appearance during cocktail hour.
I’ll be honest. The weather was supposed to suck, and this had me biting my nails and second guessing my plan for the day, but Ron and Jodie trusted me and didn’t say no to a single thing I suggested…just the way I like it!!
Thank you so much Ron and Jodie for choosing me. Tell the boys I want my song…yesterday!!!!!!

I remember this couples engagement pics, LOVE THEM! Wow, their wedding pictures are simply gorgeous. Love them all of course, especially the ones in front of the train! Liar, Liar, pants on fire…
You should all be chanting this at me…I know Jami has called me out on it. I talked about all these beautiful people I’ve been photographing and didn’t share…
Well, the wait is over I am sharing. I tell you what else I can’t wait to share….the Matilda Jane Clothing 2011 spring line. We just finished the shoot in November and Denise once again blew me away with awesome ideas and locations….not to mention the freakin best line ever!!!!! So many new pieces you are going to love too! Hurry up February!!!

You know that old saying?
…when life hands you lemons, make lemonade? Well we put it to the test on Saturday, and I think everyone involved in this wedding passed with flying colors. Just one for now, but I will share more soon about this fabulous couple and their wonderful wedding day.
